With over 50% of the antibodies GMAb develops being used in flow cytometry, we offer flow cytometry screening at each phase of development to provide data for on-cell binding. The screening capability is provided by our Attune NxT Flow Cytometer. This high-throughput machine allows us to design, run and analyze during antibody development.
Projects which benefit from our flow cytometer include:
- CAR-T specific detection
- Anti-idiotypic neutralizing (Nab) assays for cell surface markers where soluble antigen is not available
- Confirm cell binding in real time for therapeutic targets
- Measure mAb internalization
