Background
This antibody is intended for use in in vitro assays to selectively bind native human IgG4. Anti-human IgG4 antibodies may be used for detection of antigen-specific antibody reactivity in humans. This reagent is ideal for use as a control for bioanalytical assay development, enabling sensitive and specific detection, quantification, and isotype characterization of human IgG antibodies. It may react with other species’ IgG.
