GMA-680
Murine Anti- SUMO
Clone GMA-680
Background
Small ubiquitin-like modifier (SUMO) is a ~12kDa affinity tag that enhances the solubility of protein. In experiments where SUMO-constructs are used, rigorous experiments should include negative controls that demonstrate that responses are to the protein of interest, and not the SUMO portion of the molecule. GMA-680 binds SUMO and SUMO-conjugated proteins in solid phase ELISA.
